Using different types of uneven thread, the vertical unevenness is unique to the denim used in the 1960s.
Japanese craftsmen arrange the threads to produce an intentional uneven weave to the fabric
"By arranging the shapes of the unevenness in a balanced manner, a natural sense of unevenness is expressed."
The fabric will fade and wear like a pair of vintage Levi's
